Luz Lassizuk

Artistic Director

(Argentina, 1981) is an actress, theater maker, dramaturge and specialized teacher in Education through Arts. Her work has been presented in Argentina and The Netherlands, both places where she has been developing her work over the past years. Luz has been coordinating art workshops since 2009. She holds a degree in Philosophy at University of Buenos Aires.

Frédérique van Dijk

Social Advisor

(The Netherlands, 1986) is working in The Hague as a social nurse since 2011.  She works in the public health sector with both individuals and groups. She loves dance and movement, has a broad background with different dance styles and participated in professional dance performances.  She works connecting people with themselves and each other.

Ezequiel Menalled

Artistic Advisor

(Argentina, 1980) is a versatile conductor and composer. In 2003 he founded Ensemble Modelo62,  a group devoted to the promotion, creation and interpretation of the newest music written; and he has been its artistic director and conductor ever since.
He is guest teacher at the Composition Department and Sonology Institute of the Royal Conservatoire The Hague (NL).

Ruth Andrews

Board Member

(England, 1950)  Musician and writer. Her whole working life has been involved with music and music-education – with inner-city children in England, severely disabled children, piano students, and children from the international communities of Firenze and Amsterdam. She has created many collaborative projects with musicians from all over the world, introduced Javanese gamelan playing to her students, as well as  the International Baccalaureate Music programme.

Roeland Drost

Board Member

Roeland Drost (Nehterlands, 1969), he lives in The Hague since 2005. He is originally a classical pianist and performs solo with a colourful mix of genres. He is also a voice performer, music theatre maker and composer of theatre music.
Roeland gives voice and presentation training and has his own piano practice at home. He also teaches voice formation and music theatre at the youth theatre school Rabarber.

Sabine ter Steeg

Board Member

(Netherlands, 1956) has retired since 2019.  She was affiliated with The Hague University of Applied Sciences where she set up all kinds of talent development projects.  She is a learning psychologist.
